TSC Real Estate has announced an early lease extension and targeted investments in the building for the ‘Taunus Residenzen am Eichwald in Bad Soden comprising 259 nursing care places and 34 assisted living apartments. The second-generation owner-managed care facility is extending the lease for another seven years until 2049. In addition, investments of almost €1.5 million in the property are planned over the next two years.

Specific plans include renovating the building’s swimming pool, which is operated by an external operator and offers swimming lessons, especially for children. Furthermore, plans are in place to renovate and upgrade the ventilation systems, implement ESG-related measures, invest in fire protection, and modernize the elevators.

The superbly integrated ‘Taunus Residenzen am Eichwald’ facility comprises a total of 259 care beds distinguished across 73 single and 93 double rooms. The facility also provides 34 apartments for assisted living. Including the integrated swimming pool, this results in a total usable area of approximately 20,876 square meters. The individual buildings of the complex, which have been modernized several times, date from 1928 to 1998 and are located on the eastern edge of the municipality of Bad Soden am Taunus with direct access to nature and forest areas.
