TSC Real Estate has advised Threestones Capital on the acquisition of the Ginkgo portfolio, which comprises two retirement homes. The properties are located in Cologne and Künzell; the sellers are companies belonging to the HUK-COBURG insurance group.

TSC Real Estate has purchased the clinic “Klinik an der Weißenburg” in Thuringia for a Luxembourg-based fund. The seller is a closed-end fund. The euro purchase price is a figure in the low tens of millions.
