TSC Real Estate has negotiated a long-term extension of the lease agreement with the operator Alloheim for the senior citizens’ residence “Schloss Westhusen” in Dortmund.

“PFE – Pflege fördern und erhalten”, a consulting arm of TSC Real Estate specialising in senior citizen and nursing care properties, has brokered a new operator for a senior citizen property in Bavaria within the framework of a mandate with Ambiente Care Süd GmbH.

TSC Real Estate has advised Threestones Capital on the acquisition of the Ginkgo portfolio, which comprises two retirement homes. The properties are located in Cologne and Künzell; the sellers are companies belonging to the HUK-COBURG insurance group.

The seller is a private investment company.

TSC Real Estate has purchased the Campus Kloster Damme training centre for healthcare staff located to the south west of Bremen for the 5QRE Healthcare Infrastructure Deutschland 01 fund developed together with Five Quarters Real Estate. The seller is a German family office.
