TSC Real Estate has purchased a healthcare property for the 5QRE HealthCare Infrastructure Deutschland 01 fund developed in partnership with Five Quarters Real Estate. The seller is a private owner. The purchase price is in excess of €12 million.

For TSC Real Estate 2021 was the most successful year in the company's history. Between January and December last year, TSC Real Estate succeeded in acquiring 28 properties for its institutional clients, with a transaction volume of c. EUR 210 million.

TSC Real Estate has completed the first four purchases of properties located in Berlin, Flensburg and close to Dresden in its function as investment and asset manager for the new German residential fund operated by a Luxembourg-based fund manager. A total of 215 residential and commercial units were acquired for a mid-double-digit million Euro amount.

TSC Real Estate has revitalised and extended a former care facility in Pohlheim in the state of Hessen and concluded an operator contract with the Argentum Gruppe. The contract has a term of 25 years.
