\u201cPFE \u2013 Pflege f\u00f6rdern und erhalten\u201d, a consulting arm of TSC Real Estate specialising in senior citizen and nursing care properties, has brokered a new operator for a senior citizen property in Bavaria within the framework of a mandate with Ambiente Care S\u00fcd GmbH. The owner of the property is an international family office.<\/h6>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]Ambiente Care S\u00fcd GmbH already assumed the operation of the facility as of 1 November 2023, offering both in-patent nursing care and assisted living, and will continue the facility\u2019s existing concept to the greatest possible extent. The property close to Munich is currently being partly refurbished by the owner.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are pleased that we have been able to successfully conclude the repositioning and leasing of the real estate for the owner within a matter of just a few weeks. This ensures a significant contribution to age-appropriate housing in a spa town with high demand for such accommodation. In this respect a major role was played by the comprehensive consulting on the part of PFE for both the owner and the future operator, whereby it was possible to unite both standpoints to produce an extremely positive overall outcome,\u201d says Philip Walter, the investment manager at TSC with responsibility for the consulting services of PFE.<\/p>\n

\u201cFollowing our expansion on the German market and the ensuing first take-overs, we regard the addition to our existing facility in Gr\u00f6benzell in Bavaria as the next logical step. The comprehensive expertise of PFE in the field of senior citizen real estate allowed us to conclude the negotiations on the lease agreement in a much shorter period of time than is usually the case. PFE will remain an important partner and consultant for Ambiente Care S\u00fcd in the framework of our expansion,\u201d says Karl-Heinz Lukofnak, the managing director of Ambiente Care S\u00fcd GmbH.<\/p>\n
