TSC Real Estate has advised a Luxembourg-based fund on the purchase of a care home located in Bad Oeynhausen for a price of around EUR 5 million.<\/h6>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The property is the retirement home Wilhelmshof, located at Wilhelmstrasse 35, 32545 Bad Oeynhausen, which was constructed in 1988 and fully modernised in the years 2016 \u2013 2018. The care home offers fully in-patient and short-term care with over 72 care places, all in single rooms. The facility has a total lettable area of around 2,594 m\u00b2 and the site area is around 3,100 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

The property is located within short walking distance of shopping amenities, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and a bus station. Bad Oeynhausen railway station is around 1 km from the property. \u00a0There are direct connections to the A2 and A30 motorways.<\/p>\n

As part of the property acquisition, the company Curata Pflege GmbH continues as operator, and is equipped to operate all types of residential and care facility in the property, in particular in-patient and short-term care.
