TSC Real Estate has advised a Luxembourg-based fund on the purchase of a care home located in the state of North Rhein-Westphalia. The purchase price was approx. \u20ac10 million. The home is the Seniorenresidenz Vivaldi, a fully in-patient care facility located at Th\u00fcnenstrasse 33, 58095 Hagen.<\/h6>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”36″ custom_height_tablet=”24″ custom_height_phone=”18″][image_with_animation image_url=”1089″ image_size=”full” animation_type=”entrance” animation=”Fade In” hover_animation=”none” alignment=”” border_radius=”none” box_shadow=”none” image_loading=”default” max_width=”100%” max_width_mobile=”default”][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”36″ custom_height_tablet=”24″ custom_height_phone=”18″][vc_column_text]The four-storey property was constructed in 2008 and has a total usable residential area of around 3,989 m\u00b2. The home offers 62 high-quality care places in single rooms with areas of 21 m\u00b2, 10 assisted living apartments with areas of 45 m\u00b2 and 8 comfort rooms with areas of 32 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

The care home is located next to an established new-build residential district and a neighbouring retirement home. Within walking distance at around 900 m from the property is a bus station offering direct connections to Hagen railway station plus the many shops and caf\u00e9s in Hagen city centre.<\/p>\n

As part of the property acquisition, the business was taken over by the Dorea Gruppe, which is equipped to operate all types of residential and care facility in the property, in particular inpatient care, day care, residential groups, assisted living and intensive care.
